2016 Scholastic Summer Book Warehouse Sale and Summer Reading Fun Workshop

A few days ago, a young lady commented on one of my "The Big Blowout Scholastic Warehouse Sale 2015" Instagram photos asking about when would be the next warehouse sale. The following day, I received an e-mail from Miss Fritzie of Grolier Scholastic Philippines about their upcoming Summer Book Warehouse Sale and Summer Reading Fun Workshop!

Since I had no chance of blogging about it immediately, I shared the good news on my Instagram account quickly that made some #scholasticwarehousesale hashtag followers very, very excited!

Kuya is a big fan of Roald Dahl Novels. He started to like his works when he did his first book review of Roald Dahl's James and the Giant Peach as his Reading school project in third grade. . . . When he saw these two books, The Witches and The BFG, he placed them immediately in our basket during our visit to #scholasticwarehousesale on December 2015. We were able to purchase these books for only Php50.00 each from the original price of Php245.00! Wow! We saved Php390.00! . . . Good news, fellow bookworms! Scholastic Philippines will have its summer warehouse sale from April 15 to May 31, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM! There will be wide array of books from different genres to choose from. According to Miss Fritzie, the most awaited Scholastic Summer Book Warehouse Sale will happen from April 15 to May 31, 2016, except May 1 and 9, at 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Grolier Scholastic Philippines will offer a wide selection of picture books, fiction and nonfiction books, popular series, references, inspirational, arts and crafts, teacher’s resources, and audio books with discount of up to 80%. Price starts at Php20.00!

Summer Reading Fun Workshop will also be conducted for kids ages four to ten, twice a day every Friday and Saturday. Scholastic Reading Program Consultants will facilitate the workshop. See poster for details.
