Chili Cheese Stick, also known as Dynamite or Time Bomb, according to http://filipinostylerecipe.com is a simple and popular cheese sticks in Bacolod.

It is made of Finger Chili (Siling Haba) stuffed with cheese strips then wrapped in Spring Roll/Lumpia wrapper, deep fried until golden brownserved with your favorite dip. In our case, we like dipping it with banana ketchup.

It's very easy to prepare and it only takes 15 to 25 minutes.

Ingredients

1 bar Eden Cheddar Cheese- 180 grams, cut lengthwise (makes 16 to 32 strips)
16  to 32 pieces Finger Chili (Siling Haba)
Spring Roll/Lumpia wrapper
Palm Oil

*I use palm oil in deep frying because it doesn't burn easily.  One 180 gram bar of cheese makes 32 long thin strips or 16 long thick strips depending on your preference.

Procedure

 1. Make a vertical slit on the side of each chili using a small knife. Scrape out the seeds. Wash and pat dry.

2. Stuff the chili with cheese.

3. Wrap the stuffed chili with Spring Roll/Lumpia wrapper. Seal the edges using potable water.

4. Heat enough palm oil on a pan then deep fry the all prepared Chili Cheese Sticks for about two minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel then serve with your preferred dip.

Presto! These Chili Cheese Sticks are bursting like dynamites in my mouth ! Hot, hot, hot!
