I learned about Giselle "G" Tongi's way of doing it when she guested on Kris TV two years ago and from then on, boiling eggs is sweat and hassle free!
Make sure that the eggs are completely submerged then start boiling. When you see that the water is boiling already, cook the eggs for 5 more minutes.

Wow ang galing may natutunan na naman ako. Thanks sa info momshie. Next na luto ko mag lalagay ako ng vinegar. Yan ang prob ko sa egg. Tapos ang hirap balatan kasi parang nakadikit yong shell. Kaya pag balatan na nauubos na ung laman ng itlog ahaha..
ReplyDeleteAy, oo! Nangyari na rin sa akin noon na ang hirap balatan ng nilagang itlog kasi hindi ko binabad sa ice cold water bago balatan. Itong 555 trick na ito ni Miss Giselle Tongi talaga namang effective. Salamat sa pagbisita! Masaya ako na may natutuhan kang bago. God bless. Happy cooking!
